How we handle your application.
Ascend Coaching uses your answers to review your enquiry and contact you. Please do not include medical records in this form.
Your details
We collect your name, email, goal and message, plus any optional training or contact details you add. We also record the form version, basic referral and campaign information, and your consent.
Storage & email
Cloudflare stores applications and checks the form for spam. Resend emails Ascend Coaching about new applications. These providers process data needed for those services.
How long
Unconverted enquiries may be kept for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is needed for operational or legal reasons. Coaching client records are handled separately.
Your choices
Ask to see, correct, or delete your application by emailing [email protected]. We’ll explain if a legal or operational restriction applies.
